We have updated the support policies to accomodate the demands of our customers. We offer phone, fax, e-mail, and remote support. For those customers who have an occasional need for support, we still offer a per incident charge. For other customers that require a higher volume of support needs, a one (1) monthe, three (3) month, six (6) month, or twelve (12) month contract is available. We will also start charging to look up lost registration information. Please note, if you purchase Medisoft or upgrade Medisoft you will still receive 30 days free phone support effective from the date on your invoice. Effective January 1, 2010 the support prices are as follows:
